For four generations Jewels by Joseph has been dressing women in the finest jewelry available.  “We offer our own designs and we carry designs from local, national and international designers.” says Jim Hartstein who now runs the company with his sister Barbara.  “We have a lot of jewels you are not going to see in most stores.”  The company was founded by Hartstein’s grandfather, who was a jeweler in Pennsylvania.  Then in the 1950s his father set up shops in Downey and Bellflower before moving to Orange County in the 1960s.  Today in Newport Beach, Jewels by Joseph still offers an array of beautiful jewels and a knowledgeable and friendly staff.
