Made
in 18 karat gold, this line of jewelry is essentially
made using the same techniques as the craftsmen of the
original Art Nouveau era. All the processes employed involve
the craftsmanship and knowledge of the best experts in
each specialty: the jeweler using his chisel, the enameller
creating the “plique a jour” and the enamel
on the gold, the stone setter, etc… Due to the
fact that all processes are made by hand, the sizes and
weights of the jewels and the color of the enamels may
never be completely identical, giving each piece a “one
of a kind” feel. Nouveau 1910 jewels are like paintings,
with a statement of figurative and descriptive function
always combining “the poetic” with an exquisite
beauty.
